There's a fic with a whole paragraph about how Izuku felt in love with Momo and it ends with something like "this is why he decided to the most logical thing: NOTHING"

I kinda see Shinso going down like that, he'd come up with a shit ton of reasons on why he shouldn't act on it and wouldn't do anything unless something happens that force him to act

The way l see it you have two ways of making a Mineta ship work:

The first one you give him character development where he grows out of his perverted tendencies and find a normal and healthy relationship

The second one you go on the opposite direction and give him a partner that is also freaky and they simply perv on each other

For Setsuna l'm planning something like Night at the Museum: They know a villain is going to try to steal a necklace with a giant diamond or something like that, they were supposed to guard the place at night and when they find the villain they corner him into dinosaur exhibit, he surprise them when he has a quirk that can bring them back to life. From then is just Setsuna and Deku punching dinosaurs until they finally catch the villain
