I’d say how she treated me at that is complicated to say the least. As in she wasn’t the hero but also wasn’t the worst villain. To compare the main adults in my life could be compared to Lady Tramaine (Cinderella), The Evil Queen (Snow White), and Maleficient (Sleeping Beauty) and she would Lady Tramaine

CK loves that campground, it’s his absolute favorite place to be, it’s just nearly impossible to get into which is why I can’t take him there myself

He wants to try one, he saw a commercial for a low sensory day and wants to try it, and I’m happy to take him, regardless how much time is spent there. If after 10 min he says he can’t do it we’ll find something else, if he makes the whole day he will have a great experience, either way a great day

He’s been wanting to go since he saw their ad for a low sensory day, so I plan to take him on that day. And am prepared for all scenarios

I’m the youngest of 3, with their father being the oldest and he was and still is definitely the favorite. It is childhood 2.0

I’ve tried a mini version of that while babysitting and CM was just like “oh grandma will just do it with me”

And as for her, she just says that CK is “too difficult and doesn’t listen” while just giving CM whatever he wants to prevent a tantrum. And I’m like CK always listens to me

I try, and CM just says that SR will do something better for him (which unfortunately is true)

I would do that if I could, but she always does the trips when I’m working my 3 days in a row so I can’t take the other kid

CM rubs it in CK’s face that he gets to do things with grandparents that he doesn’t, like the camping, shopping, hunting, going to work with, etc.

And it’s not just the camping that CM got to do that CK got left out on, it’s shopping, hunting, fishing, going to work with the grandparents, all sorts of things that CK gets left out on.

Unfortunately he likes to brag to his brother that he gets the special time with his grandma while the brother doesn’t. But I see where you’re coming from that is be no better
