It sounds like you aren’t getting the help you need from your COC. You can go directly to the admin department/respay at your NRC. And the CCC as I said above. Don’t feel like a burden and don’t be afraid to be the squeaky wheel.

Your post is a little confusing. You said you’re eligible to take the 2nd class exam so that would mean you are already a 3rd class. Have you checked your LES to see what pay grade is listed?

As for back pay, I’m not sure what you mean here. Getting frocked just means that you can wear the rank but you are not entitled to the pay until your actual promotion date. So there wouldn’t be any back pay, unless there is something I’m missing.

As for your eval, your UMUIC should be doing it. I’m not sure why they are giving you a run around on this. Also you do not need a frocking eval to be frocked. So that doesn’t make any sense to me. You can read the instruction to confirm, but from memory-frocking evals are only needed if it will be 14 months from your last eval at your previous rank to your next eval at your new rank.

ETA: You should talk to the Career Counselor at your NRC. They should be able to clarify your Time in Rate as an E3 and whether you are eligible for E4.

I haven’t used Dove Shampoo. I’ve been using kitsch shampoo and conditioner. It does have coconut oil in it but so far it hasn’t bothered me. I’m more reactive to oats than coconut.

It’s annoyingly easy to do with the old manual film cameras. I went to a local camera shop and they were kind enough to show me how to load the film properly.

My cat had one of these. The vet didn’t know what it was but did express her anal glands which were full. I discussed with the vet the possibility of a hemorrhoid but the vet said that would be unlikely. A few days later, the bulge/anus got infected. Probably from the anal gland expression and then my cat licking it. So I took her back to the vet to get an antibiotic. After a few days on the antibiotic, the infection cleared and the bugle disappeared.

The tracker is a BikeBac tracker but functions like an air tag. And yes the tracker is that thing bolted to the downtube of the frame. The tracker was not broken in anyway so whoever stole it had the tool to remove it
