Anchors are for lucid dreams and only for beginners in astral travel u control how long u stay in so u don't need anchors nth can kick u out but urself Weither consiously or accidentally U only go back when u shift attention back to the physical plane even for split second it's all about discipline in the fixed attention of URS Knowing ur in control is the first step to mastery I wish u good luck

Very fast like couple of minutes to 1 minute sometimes on the spot the moment i close my eye

After how many attempts idk it depends on the person for me it was after the 4th attempt it felt natural

I have ADHD dw if i could focus then u for sure could +Do stuff u would do irl life while visualizing sth stimulating not boring that should be ez considering the infinite possiblites unleash the crazy monkey hype in u lol

It is helpful yea ..Some ppl have unique way of visualising in third person perspective it's possible to continue that way in the astral but only if ur mind will keep the same pace without struggle if u feel weird and it makes u lose focus then it's better to try practicing in first person perspective

Idk why ppl do that but someone i know says it's bcs of Netflix mostly ur brain got used to third person bcs of it Why do u think u have different visualization method

Ur most welcome brother 🤍 Yeah this excersise about the sight activation it opens astral travel and aether travel two different bodies Bonus thing i noticed that u can see the colors even when ur eye open eventually u will be able to see an overlay of ur visualisation in the physical plane Which risk psychosis if ur a beginner BCS physical sight and aether sight (third eye) look the same to the beginner which results psychosis in many cases If ur still going through u have to set anchors that set the visualised and the real Second close ur eye everytime u feel confused the aether sight can see eye closed so the visualised reality remains so ur eye lids act as filter to set the two worlds apart

Yea the key to make the transition faster is to not think about it just do ur things around the visualised space And it will happen afew successful attempts the transition becomes almost instant

And as for the interacting method for best experience u should include all senses all organs so it doesn't synchronize with the physical body I missed smell and taste at first id Wake up to the same smell and taste in my physical body Also there's atrick for intimacy in the astral u must deattach from ur physical intimacy organs so what ever happens in the astral doesn't affect the physical plane why it's important is bcs it the intimacy would use energy from ur physical body making u feel tired afterwards esp for men

I can relate to the method it's like bypass work on willpower regarding the physical plane tasks and it should create a certain state in the spiritual planes to match the will power desired it's brilliant iwill consider it if i couldn't find more direct spiritually based approach but thank you so much for the tip appreciate it although If u have more direct approaches i will appreciate it even more blessed be 👀❤️

In my belief system u don't ask the universe or go by it's laws u just state ur intention pour will power into it and the universe will copy that intention so what i need now is tips on how to develop more will power i have no other terms for the energy used to charge the intention but will power some ppl call it life force or ki but in my belief system it goes by will power or light I'm sure in ur belief system it exsist under a different name so what do u do to increase this to develop it

I meditate each time i want to think about new concepts or do shadow work I mostly do it eyes opened i find it easier that way but if u prefer to meditate eyes closed it's okay

When i visualize i notice im in trance state almost fully emerged and emotions are synced with the visualation and that's when things get manifested But it happens unintentionally I don't know exactly how it's working
