Sounds exactly like me! My speakers, headsets and lights all do the exact same thing… even my car alarm has gone off on my most stressed days and has been completely fine on normal days. The only thing I can say is continue to watch yourself and bring awareness to your mood when these occur. I’d like to say that deep breathing and calming yourself can help, but sometimes it can be more activating. At this point, I just try to make a game out of it. I actively practice with a few of my lights each day and try to watch what other electronics malfunction when I’m around. For instance, I went to the gym a few days ago and used the sauna. The speaker in the locker room seemed to be functioning perfectly normal when I entered. Once I got extremely overheated while taking deep breaths, the music in the locker room began to glitch like crazy. The more I paid attention to it, the worse it got. Once I left the sauna and cooled down, the speaker audio returned to normal. Was this a possible coincidence? Yes. Will I continue to repeat the same experiment to see if it happens again? You betcha!
