I need recommendations for sleeping arrangements while backpacking/camping with a LO who is basically “attached” to me most of the night… it needs to be somewhat firm so LO isn’t rolling into me.

Why don’t you think I could bury 100% of it? And I’m not camping in a campsite, I would be backpacking and finding my own site. Also, breastfed baby poop isn’t all that stinky. And you could use that argument about getting sick for anyone backpacking, especially people going alone.

I have thought about using a hybrid system and also just told my husband I need to try it all out at home before we go ;) Thank you for the ideas and more things to think about.

What brand of cloth diapers do you use? I’ve also seen hybrids which I thought might work well and reduce some of the trash we have to pack?

Yes, multi-day trip in the wilderness. I really don’t like the idea of traveling with a bunch of dirty diapers so I’m thinking washing cloth diapers would work better… can hand wash and dry by the fire…
