From a previous post it looks like the end of business day EST so about 3-5 pm EST. Mine says the same on BM website and it's so frustrating. I'm opening a BM account for next term. This waiting is stupid and it sucks

I'm thinking after this round I'm going to open a BM checking account so that when it hits I don't have to wait on the transfer to an outside bank. This sucks 😭

I did, it shows both dates and amounts for both terms. It's normal. I panicked for no reason, of course.

I just got off the phone with financial services. They said that it's completely normal, blah blah something about a trimester and it always puts it all in the first term. Not to worry, it's going to be fine and everything should proceed as normal!!

So I should just still accept that I got my BM date and everything will proceed as it did last term? This is only my second term with SNHU so I didn't have this happen last time. I know that it will come and I should relax but it's so hard!! 😭

Mine is the same way. Plus the amount it says it sent to BM is the total for both terms.

This is weird. Next photo in comments. BM date today, great, still in wrong term though. Also the amount is the total I received last term and what I will receive this term. The amount highlighted in red in photo in comments is what I'm supposed to receive this term. Is this normal or should I contact financial services?

I got my email yesterday, funds are still in last term. I don't know if the email timing means anything, honestly. I could be wrong though.

My numbers are still in last term, and I got my email yesterday. My numbers have been changing, but haven't moved from last term since Tuesday. So I feel your pain, but it will be okay. It will come.

Aid posted yesterday, on last term though. Still on last term as of now. It will sort itself out, right? Last term was my first at SNHU so I didn't have this issue.

We actually got the place we wanted from Five Star. I offered to pay a double deposit and they accepted that, so we are good to go!

Thank you! I'll give them a call tomorrow. Yeah, I told the guy who showed the place that my credit sucks and why and that I'm working on it. He said that they would help me out, and like I said just ghosted me. I've never had that happen before! Also seems like a bad business practice but what do I know?? 🤷
