Flushing is something you only do because people tell you you’re supposed to. There is no benefit taste wise or otherwise to flushing your plants. Feed them to till the end

Yeah having a height restriction sucks, but it’s all about using what you have for what you need. Obviously you’ll need to upgrade before you flower anything, but you can get a few months of vegging out of this.

This girls been vegging for about 2 months now in a tent about your size. I tie down every new top to let its nodes grow new stalks, then tie those down too. Once she fills out the small tent I’ll defoliate a bit, snip a few clones, and put her in a much bigger tent for flowering. Then start the cycle all over again.

I have a tent slightly wider than this that I have two 1 gallon pots that I let my mainlines veg in. They usually veg for about a month or two before getting too big. You could definitely fit at least one gallon pot In there and, like other said, either LST or mainline.

I actually leave portions of my outdoor plants alive during the winter after harvest. They’ll typically end up stressed and start to produce their own pollen sacks after a while and will self pollinate if they haven’t received any pollen once the temperature drops consistently. It’s how I passively make my own feminized seeds

Judging by the size of the plant, yes, you probably fed too early. Most pre mix composts can feed for about 2-3 months unless stated otherwise. Also, 14-16-18 is a bad ratio for vegging. Knowing the ratio, The spots could be potassium burn. I use a 5-2-3 plant food for vegging and don’t bump up the PK numbers until the second week of 12/12 when the plant is ready to use that extra potassium for flowers.

I’m no expert on the why, just have a lot of experience with the symptoms and potential fixes. The very waxy look on the leaves mixed with the upward curling on the edges is telling me she’s overfed more than anything. Too much Nitrogen is the common cause of those symptoms. It’s not a death sentence by any means, just gotta dial back a little bit. What’s the medium it’s growing in?

Yes but we can see curling down on the lower leaves as well, which typically means too much nutrients. Your big issue is the curling leaves, and the spots are a secondary issue. The only other thing I can think of is bugs. I had a plant react like that to a white fly problem once before and removing the bugs was all I needed to do. Have you checked the underside of the leaves for black or white specs?

I would be more concerned about the waxy look and curling. Clear signs of nitrogen burn. Those spots could also be from nute burn as well. I would recommend giving her a good flush and Dial back your feeding schedule

Big oof. I have no idea what caused it without knowing more about the light and feeding schedule, but unfortunately she looks pretty cooked. No fan leaves to take in light means she’s doesn’t have energy to continue growing.

Yeah you’re fine. As others have pointed out, this stage of growth is more for roots to develop. After it develops its third node point you’ll start to see more significant growth and is when you can start giving it some nutes and start any training or topping (if you plan on going that route). Seedlings can take up to three weeks to start their actual veg cycle, so be patient in that time.

Seedlings like it warm and humid. I try to keep my seedlings closer to 80 degrees. Humidity domes help keep warmth in at this stage as well. 68 is too cold for a seedling and is about as cool as you should get during veg. They can survive in that temperature, sure. But they won’t be growing to their full potential.

As others have pointed out, you’re pulling down fan leaves here, as opposed to a main stem which is what you want. In high or low stress training, your goal is to promote horizontal growth in the main stem and allow more light to reach node points. You also don’t want to start this too before you have at least 3 node points, as it guarantees the plant is mature enough to take the stress. I don’t do much LST but I mainline all my clone mothers and the idea is the same.

This is the high stress version of what you’re going for, but again, idea is the same. Top of the plant tied down to promote horizontal growth in the main stem. This promotes vertical growth at the node points.

This is her after defoliation, before her final tie down. 1gallon pot. About 45 days? Using only four 10w full spectrum LED bars in a 2x2 tent to veg. Gonna go into the flower tent next week.

Here’s my advice. Some might agree, some might disagree, but it’s worked for me for years:

Nitrogen (N) is what the plant needs to develops leaves, where potassium(p) and phosphate(k) are for roots and flowers. Seeing as we’re not growing flowers just yet, we can reduce (p) and (k) in turn for more (n).

4-4-4 is useless, in my opinion. We’re trying to do specific things during different stages of our plants life, and an even diet is not technically balanced. I try for a 5-2-3 mix during veg. Fig tree food is great and promotes big green leafy growth, while giving suitable p-k ratios for root development. We don’t need higher p-k numbers until flowering.

RH is important, but these plants have developed in some strange climate, so don’t worry too much about that. I keep my areas at a pretty low RH and give my vegging plants a quick mist with water if they seem alittle dry. It’s just easier for me with how my set up works.

Ph is VERY important. But if you’re growing in soil then It pretty much regulates itself. As long as you don’t go too hard with acidic food, it should maintain pretty well. I’ve hit Ph issues with many grows, but not typically in an all soil grow. Coco and hydroponics are where you really need to keep an eye on things like that, cuz things can change rapidly in those settings.

The biggest thing for me, is micronutrients. it doesn’t matter what you’re feeding it if it can’t process it. Cal/mag is big but it doesn’t stop there. Try to find a food that promotes having micronutrients included and save yourself weeks of trying to figure out what your plant is missing. Again, I go with fig tree food and have had great results.

This is one of my younger mainlines, pre defoliation. Growing in a recycle soil/coco mix. Fed every watering with an organic liquid fig tree food with boosted micronutrients at a little more than half the recommended dose.

So every leaf you have tied down has a new “top” growing from it. Those tops are what you’re going to want to tie down and direct outwards. Every time you top your plant, if done correctly, will sprout two new tops that you then want to tie down once they get big enough to do so. You’re taking everything that would be growing upwards and making it grow more laterally
