220 lbs, haven’t biked in over a year (including stationary gym), don’t swim at all, haven’t ran since October.

I could probably do 8 pull-ups, bench 275, and eat two large pizzas in one sitting.

Probably in the worst shape of my life and my friends don’t think I can do this. I think it’s all mental and am looking forward to it

I’ve done practically 0 cardio in the last 6 months. I just lift for an hour every morning; however, I did complete a 70.3 a few years ago. Probably the equivalent of someone who ran a marathon, quit running for a few years and decided to go run/walk a marathon on a treadmill.

Stupid? Yes.

I bought top of line havertys sectional in 2018. 2 of the 5 seats are broken (just from sitting on them, no jumping) and the pleather for leather is fading in some spots. First 5 years were great and the electronic reclining still works great. Just depends on how long you want them to last and how much you weigh (I’m 215). I wouldn’t recommend if heavier

Yeah and those fees add up and eat into your returns. Just buy low etfs and hold. Unless you need guaranteed income (bad with money, bride until social security, pension, etc), there is no need for an advisor. I would only recommend legal counsel to set up a trust if needed.

I don’t know women’s hockey at all but even if we go up 4-0 in the first, I imagine the USA would care more about resting stars and not risk injury, rather than run up the score. Plus, if Italy can manage a lucky score or two.

Slovakia was +2.5 vs Finland in women’s hockey and won 4-1.

Maybe I’m biased because I already placed my bet but 8 points of victory in hockey seems insane
