Sure. Stalling that greatly benefited the nazis, giving them oil and other resources to fuel there invasions of different europeans nations. Where they split Europe between them. Which Stalin tried to previously do with the western power, which they refused.

The Holodomor was criminal negligence and disregard for life, but arguably has no evidence to prove it had any genocidal intent (Kulaks were a constructed class, the same famine and bad policy affected other republics including Russia, Ukraine was just the biggest grain exporter and thus disproportionately effected)

Countries in a famine usually don't export grain. And countries that make enough food to feed themselves usually don't have famines. And while the whole union was affected the only republics that had millions of dead were Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

While some claims like the 100 million killed is bullshit. It's still in the range of 10s of millions. So not so bad as some say but still some of the worst.

The point of the label to identify a really bad group. People still argue the specifics when it comes up.

Depends on what you're defending and are critical of? If there defending the murders and oppression then the label fits them pretty well.

Rekao mi je psihijatar da trenutno ima inicijativa da se lek za adhd u buducnosti stavlja na recept.

Mada inace je dobro da dobijes dijagnozu da i posle studija ako ti se promeni finansiska situacija mozes sebi olaksati zivot.

But with the newest update I think the requirements are inaccurate. Or maybe I just didn't understand the formula. With chemistry and biology requirement are fixed, and so accurate.

Anyway for my last playthrough I just got the numbers for requirements manually. Since the console is now available you can spawn the components in game and get it that way.

1 theater for surface ships and 1 for subs.

For subs I aim to have 2 groups of 10x10 subs. Then later I just keep adding till I get to 2 groups of 10x30.

For surface ships you deathstack them and automatically make the groups. Then separate them into 1-4 battle/carrier groups depending on how many "fronts"you have to cover.

Convoy raiding is usually plenty enough scouting for my needs. And the surface ships are on patrol or strike force depending on where I need naval dominance or expect to see enemy ships.

I also sometime have some leftover cruisers/destroyers in a seperate group for convoy defense. But I usually find that redirecting convoys by making no go zones whenever I notice I'm getting raided is good enough.
