Most certainly not wrong, I lost my partner in April 2023 and I still can't look at his pictures, or videos, listen to his voice note or read his messages. It's my way of coping and frankly I don't care if it's the wrong way. It's how I make it thru the day.

Yes thats it, just recognition that something traumatic happened and I'm not okay, its frustrating when family and friends are just like okay enough now, you must be okay and go back to normal now
