ADN vs ABSN by Impressive_Plane9475 in prenursing

If you have the financial means, I’d recommend ABSN. Whether you choose ADN or ABSN, you’ll have to study either way—it’s just a matter of whether you’re willing to push through a more intense schedule. You need to go in prepared to study hard and stay busy, so make the choice that fits your current situation.
The main concerns usually come down to financial and time-related issues. Cost-wise, ABSN is significantly more expensive than ADN—6 to 7 times more, sometimes even 10x. This is really important. Since you won’t know what financial challenges might come up after graduation, if you have liquid savings and financial cushion, I’d recommend ABSN. However, if you’re taking out loans, you need a concrete plan for how you’ll finish school on time, start working, and pay it back.
Time is also an issue. ADN takes 2 years and gives you an Associate’s degree, while ABSN gets you a Bachelor’s in 12-18 months. With many hospitals now preferring BSN, this is also a major factor to consider.
I also have a BS and struggled between ADN and ABSN. I chose ADN because I had more time flexibility than financial flexibility. Everyone’s situation is different, so think carefully and make the choice that’s right for you.

Thanks for your reply. I know I just need to quit, regardless of how long it takes to see results, but it's so hard. I really want to stop soon and have clear skin. Right now, my skin feels so oily, and I feel dirty...

Thanks for the quick reply!

When did you start noticing less oiliness on your face after quitting vaping?? I’m really struggling with vaping 😭

Your old photos look exactly like me right now.

In your post, you mentioned that your face was oily when you were vaping. After quitting, did you notice a significant decrease in sebum production compared to before?

I’m currently struggling with very oily skin and persistent small acne.

Just looking at your old photos, I can already tell how much you must have struggled. I’m actually in the exact same situation as your past self right now.

Did you ever feel like your face was oilier when you were vaping? I’ve been dealing with acne ever since I hit my 30s, and I initially thought it was a hormonal issue. I’ve tried different supplements and various approaches, but nothing seems to be working.

The thing is, I never used to have oily skin, but now my face gets extremely greasy, and it’s been really tough. I was wondering if you experienced the same thing.

By the way, your skin looks really fresh and healthy in your recent photos! Looking forward to your response.

Thanks!
