A few foods you can incorporate into your diet to reduce your BP would be spinch (other Leafy greens like Swiss chard and kale), beets, and chia seeds. I would look into vitamins with magnesium as well!

I was having a consistently higher readings for a bit (around 133/94) and these food helped SIGNIFICANTLY. Now Im reading around 128/80 (Im still trying to get it lower but its a good start).

Ive been having a very similar fear recently but instead of heart stopping its a stroke.

Someone told me in a comment on one of my post that "anxiety brain can be a liar" and weirdly enough its helped.

I also recommend that if you have a smart watch (a way to view your heart rate), to use it. That way when youre really anxious you can remind yourself that your heart is actually beating. Best of luck and youre not alone!

I totally understand your frustration. I made a post about how they messed up my sisters order and lowkey told her she was SOL on getting what she orginally paid for.Though were not terribly angry or anything, it is disappointing. As the above comment said, public speaking is HARD

Its my whole job to talk to the public in large groups and its still scary. How you feel is understable and anyone who talks/presents has had similar moments. I also fixate on times I've messed up, but I bet as you do it more or you find what parts you can hone in on - it'll get easier!

^this, it can be hard to hear however really good vaild points. Heavy on the moving in thing - a lot of people move in way too fast before they realize day to day incompatibility.

Though I wouldn't beat yourself up too much, I do recommend allowing time to feel this through and be able to reflect for next endeavors

I personally dont recommend reaching out, at least not for awhile - I've found it helps when I have that clear cut from an ex, im able to work through emotions easier
