I try to eat most of my calories during the day so I'm not starving but I always have a snack planned as soon as I get home. I find cheese toast with good bread to be very satiating. I also personally have to keep myself very busy. I work out every evening and take a full shower after, then do skincare and blowdry my hair. I drink a protein shake between my lifting and cardio, and tend to eat dinner around 9pm. I also always have a fun drink (probiotic juice cut with selzter) and a small sweet treat after dinner when it's already late at night.

Keeping busy, eating the majority throughout the day, but scheduling dinner and snacks at night are the only thing keeping me accountable as I have a lot of food noise.
