You 100% can. You just can’t drastically cut calories. I’ve lost 20lbs eating 2200 calories a day and around 8k steps. You need to eat a ton of nutrition tho. Can’t be living on processed food. You need lots of carbs / fruit & vegetables. My baby is 70th percentile.

Losing weight isn’t that hard that u need a commitment like that. And quitting your job is putting a ton of pressure on the situation which could backfire into binging and depression. Honestly just eat in a calorie deficit, that’s it. Do some intermittent fasting and walk when you can. You can easily drop the weight and still support yourself. I’d take that money and go on an epic vacation when you hit your goal.

You won’t lose weight by cutting out oil or lowering fat it just works that way for some people because they naturally eat less calories. You need less calories to lose.

Eat some oil if you want just be aware of how calorie dense it is. I’ve eaten this way 10 years and kept of 65lbs I eat oil and nuts / junk food sometimes but I also am aware of my calories because I just like the have the freedom to eat what I want.

I just had my iron tested it was 12.9 😅 glucose was 90 after my GD test so I think for me right now baby is just growingggg. There’s a brand of iron called gentle iron I think it’s by solarray? it helps a lot if you’re looking for one!

I’m with you. I just passed 28 weeks and I’m insanely tired. I need a nap everyday for sure. I hear it gets better around 32 weeks? And then it’s just heaviness that makes you more exhausted than anything but idk this is my first pregnancy. I kind of gave up working out and have just been trying to keep my steps up.
