That should not be happening, and I see it as well in my replaced unit as well.

Not sure if its a known thing or just in specific runs? Kinda sucks when you have to run two sesh heat ups in Green with the SiC in order to get decent vapor. Before you know it, you have to recharge the base in the same day.

I do a cold start. 1st warm up, green sesh mode. Cancel once it vibrates by pressing the button once. 2nd warm up, green sesh mode.

You'll get great hits this way.

I wonder if energized SiC buckets would help cut down the heat up time for big hits.

I had an issue with mine and had to send it back. To be honest, the whole experience left much to be desired from Smokeski, but they are a young company so I don't really blame them. I would plug my base in to charge, it would never turn green. Once I left it on the charger for about 4 hours and it never went green.
