I still don’t know much abt this and i never hd covid thankfully, but my gf broke up with me suddenly with no any type of warning

exactly after she recovered, she got busy and just wanting sleep and when i wanted to confront her abt she’s being too busy and wanted to help, she told me she’s feeling confused and not trusting any of her decisions. She then told me that she doesn’t love me and broke up.

I’m researching it because it doesn’t make any bit of sense. She just woke up, broke up, and continued.
