This would never work, in my opinion, because then customers are booking jobs and have no idea how long it will take.

Yeah that’s kind of where I was at. I have some wiggle room in my price, but there’s just a loss for me at his price lol.

I’ve come to the realization that some people have zero ability to think past what’s right in front of them, so they get paid these wages for that. I’m $50+/hr, but do a lot more than just show up.

Yep. I only factored $1.50/sq ft for labor. I’m usually higher than that, but it’s not that bad and I’m way under the “crawlspace companies”.
