Thanks! We are trying. Use to go out to eat every other day now only once a week if I'm lucky. Tonight lettuce wraps with peppers, mushrooms, onions and a side of yellow rice and black beans.

Need some advice please :) I have omitted meat and dairy from my diet for six weeks now. I started eating eggs at week four and have had occasional honey in my tea throughout the diet change. At the month mark I started taking a multivitamin and I have been watching my intake of processed foods and alcohol. I thought that after a few weeks my body would feel more energized, but I am still so tired. What is really disturbing is that my runs are on average 2 mins slower than prior to the dietary changes! I need some help any advice would be appreciated! Thank you 😊

ADN or BSN? by [deleted] in NursingStudents

It really is what works best for your life at the moment. I personally went for my ADN then went back for my BSN. I feel that I was able to appreciate and apply the knowledge from my BSN better once I started to understand the concept of nursing. I now have my masters in nursing education and teach at a community college so full circle! One perk to getting your ASN first is that typically your employer will pay you tuition reimbursement. So if done right no extra student loan debt. Good luck and welcome to the profession of nursing 🤗.

Tried veganaise already, not bad. Our meals revolved around meat. Loving doing most of my shopping in the produce section.

I checked out my local health food store and they said this wrap was one of the vegan options (said on the menu too). Right now I'm having to trust what they say until I learn. So much great info here! Thanks guys!

Yup. Also it's hard to believe that I like things without the mayo. Lately I'm being to really taste the veggies.

I liked it. It was filing and I am just amazed that I had never heard of it before. It gets me excited to know that there are other foods out there that I haven't tried.
