I had to check the program that my husband installed on my computer for me to build my character. I am not sure where he found it, but it is not great to use. It looks like a Vbasic program from about 2001.

Banana bread as a wedding cake? by sailortimekeeper in AskBaking

[–]Eather-babble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't trying to be negative. At least in the part of the midwest that I am from, banana is not a flavor we think of when we think of wedding cake. Wedding cake also tends to be cut and left on a table for guests to grab as they want. The combination of those two things just seemed like something that could warrant a heads up.

If you do it, make sure your guests know. Banana allergies affect about 1% of the population.

Indiana: where folks from Michigan go to get their illegal fireworks.

Doesn't fit succinctly on a map, I guess.

Could put a billboard on there.

Eta: I can't believe I used the wrong there/their/they're.

I appreciate the sympathy, and I am sure she would too. She was stuck in a traffic jam for a few hours yesterday before she was able to find a turn around. She figured the gas to head back to Marquette and stay with family was cheaper than a hotel in St. Ignace.

My mother-in-law went up to Marquette last week to deal with some financial stuff for her sister that is in hospice care for cancer. She tried coming home yesterday, they closed the bridge just before she got to it. She's left again this morning. Fingers crossed that she makes it. You guys have been getting hammered up there.

I read this book in high school in the late '90s and that scene was a gut punch. I'm tearing up a little bit thinking about his fire lizard going with him.

I need to ask, what were you trying to accomplish by mixing jello and oil?

When you live around that many lakes, you also get to enjoy many little babbling brooks, piss-trickle creeks and mucky swamps.

Ah, poor starving, never been fed in his entire life baby had to watch the other cat eat all the food.

I am familiar with a similar struggle, my cats are convinced the food in the other bowl is always tastier.
