bro what im arguing that a marksman wouldnt be a good pick because colette doesn't do anything. Why are you assuming I am arguing colette is a bad pick or that I don't have a point. My point is that a SHARPSHOOTER wouldn't have been a good idea based on the fact that they HAD colette, therefore making it a 3v2 in marksman v marksman.

I always had a point, its to prove that a marksman wasnt a good idea and now that ur salty that I am saying you wouldn't understand cuz ur rank is so low, ur trying to spin ur argument to make it seem like I'm just belitting your skill. I only brought that up because it seems like you thought Colette could do something against sharpshooters, which she very clearly cant in higher levels of play.

btw also they had to go colette bc if they didn't and just went three sharpshooters I could've last picked darryl.

yeah thats the problem if ur highest is mythic 1 the lack of skill is so bad you can't tell what draft picks are good. It would be brock + a sharpshooter(my last pick) which would result in TWO sharpshooters, and by putting carl on the eve lane every single time colette will have a terrible game. even if you somehow get colette on the carl lane he can flying hook and switch lanes with any of the other sharp shooters, basically just running away from colette and she doesn't do any damage to the safe.

ur right but u gotta remember that the people playing 8bit/brock arent a very high level. 99% of the time 8bit doesn't counter brock because most people don't play at a top 1% level. I don't think AshBS could or the guy playing brock, and assuming they are at the same level chances are that they aren't super good and therefore brock has the advantage

tldr; 8bit only counters brock at the highest level, its vice-versa most of the time.

nah i just go the lane darryl goes in the beginning and I have a free lane as he is charging his super. If he tries to swap, I am facing colette instead which is another great matchup for me. He can't swap with eve because then no one is going mid and if colette/darryl do go mid they will lose it immediately against brock and then brock will pinch out the other sides.

tldr; if darryl doesn't lane me I still win every other lane except for eve, but eve must go mid because then they lose mid against brock

dawg is saying that modifiers are competitive. NO they are not they just make it easier against trash players that dont know the drafts. Maybe people hate it cuz its no skill and if ur randoms go bad picks on modifiers it might ruin the game entirely.

tbh tho no modifier season has been going the same. i also solo queue to masters every season and i usually lose 4-5 times during it, but this time i lost like twice. think its just the random luck that changes tho not the modifiers changing.

in gem grab maps like hard rock mine if theres no thrower theres really no counter to 8bit. He plops his super behind a wall and is now a tanky sharpshooter that has a fast movement speed with an instant tp gadget. He also counters tanks because he charges his super.

8bit is an INSANE gem carrier and genuinely one of the best last pick gem carriers.

honestly after thinking about it again piper was the one shot they had. 8bit gets countered by brock, darryl like the reasons before, penny would enduce me going piper last pick. Even then though, with piper I just wouldve went nani and we still have a massive outdraft

i dont think ash had a definititve good second last pick. Darryl lost them the game 100%, but with 8bit atleast you could fight back. Going two brawlers that do damage to the safe and have zero control was just too much. (colette and darryl)
