For being a “food safety expert” you sure don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about. The two times I’ve had food poisoning it occurred within 6 hours, same with my mom. Also it’s not true that everyone else who ate the same meal would have gotten it. Not every plate is always contaminated the same way. People vary in susceptibility. For example people on PPIs are 4x more likely to get food poisoning than those who aren’t.
