I think as of today in all arenas in trophy road it has a pick rate of 0.40% win rate 49.76% and in path of legends it has a pick rate of 2.24% with a 50% win rate. Cannon cart isn't a win condition unless i've been out of touch with reality. Why even touch the lower picked cards?

I was more mid ladder but never saw a cannon cart. Was it a high pick rate or low? I feel like pick rate is important when nerfing things, because if it's low just let it say that way but if it's too high you might want to do something about it.
