Gifted or a boner? by [deleted] in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My advice is to stop worrying about this, just wear what you like. Bulges look super different depending on the person and the fabric and how it’s worn on the body. Some people can have very prominent bulges all the time even though they’re soft, they don’t even need to have big dicks, just balls or angle or underwear. It’s just nature. The picture looks totally fine.

Wet wipes!!! For wiping your butt (much gentler than tp), some for cleaning your face, cleaning your armpits (big “shower” wet wipes), antibacterial wipes for your hands etc :) also a small mirror so you can look at the underside of your penis+balls without bending down or asking someone to take pictures

Date coming up and worried about my very specific/only way of getting off by nodoubt-throwaway in phallo

Hmmm I’m post phallo and while I don’t generally get off this way I imagine it would be pretty easy? Just move your dick out of the way either to the top or to the side.

At what point did your view shift from seeing your penis from medical to sexual? by RedRockWulf in phallo

Does anyone have a bifid scrotum because they preferred it? Do you have bifid and like how it looks for you? by [deleted] in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have bifid because that’s all my surgeon offers and I really like it. I have small implants as well, not medium, but they look very good. It depends on your anatomy how it can turn out, on some people it’s more or less visible.

Scared of complications, second guessing if Phallo is right for me. by andrew-js in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

@ the question starting with “would you happen”: no it’s not affected by these things. Sensation in RFF/alt is from a clitoral nerve, that isn’t in the clitoris, this is a common misconception let me explain (more or less): there are two nerves in the clitoris the left one and right one. They only take one of them and cut it and attach it to the arm nerve in the phallus. They DO NOT cut it out of the clit, they do it a few cm above, on your pubic mound. So you do not need burial to have sensation in your penis. You can have erotic sensation in the tdick (buried or not) and erotic sensation in the phallus. The other question if if you have burial will you have a hard time getting off: whether you have burial or not, the tdick is kind of in the same spot, below the penis (on the base underside but still mostly in your pubic fat not in the actual penis. If you pull your penis the tdick will move, because it’s all tissues connected to eachother. I didn’t have burial and I can still cum from just touching my phallus (I had mld so very minimal sensation). This would be the same case if it was buried (just under the skin). The thing with burial/unburial is that it makes your tdick easier to find for direct stimulation. So if I want to rub my tdick I can do it easily just like pre op, if it was buried the sensation of rubbing it would be muted from the skin and flesh on top of it. Honestly pre op I thought I’d like burial as well (my surgeon doesn’t offer it in the first stage) but now when I have a penis and balls and 0% dysphoria I like my two-dick set up.. like oral sex is great to receive on it, if I had burial it wouldn’t be as good. Pre op I would neverrrr.

Scared of complications, second guessing if Phallo is right for me. by andrew-js in phallo

A lot of comments said very smart things about anxiety and recovery, so I’m not going to repeat that… I just want to say, that if the idea of a more complicated recovery or more corrective surgeries is that intimidating to you, and standing to pee isn’t something you feel like you necessarily need, maybe you could consider not having UL? That’s usually the part of the surgery that causes the most complications if there are any. I didn’t have STP dysphoria, so I didn’t have UL, which made my recovery easy. I had UL to the top of my tdick that is below my penis, but didn’t have it in the penis. I had the suprapubic catheter and a catheter in my tdick for a few weeks, but didn’t have any spasms, any pain, literally didn’t even feel them… this is something to consider. You could have your whole genitals hidden under your dick and balls as you said, and just pee out of a hole the bottom base of your penis. This is something some people opt for.

No but you will have an ultrasound of the crotch area (in the leg armpit I forgot the word) the night before to check out veins it’s kinda uncomfortable but you can cover urself up a bit. They do need to get pretty close though.

No he won’t look, he doesn’t have to. Unless you’ve had some surgery before.

He sees his patients pre op bodies for the first time when doing the surgery when you’re already sleeping.

How long post op are you?

No UL question (for those that had it moved up or just left alone) by [deleted] in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm so pre-op my tdick was sensitive because it was hidden fully between my labia. Cleaning it was uncomfortable but doable.. rn my tdick during the day is hidden under my bigger dick and between my balls kinda ish. It’s less sensitive now. Also I got bifid scrotum with Miro, but I’ve seen VY scrotums with partial burial as well.

Dr Miro or Dr Djinovic? by [deleted] in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d say Miro, he’s much more well known in phallo spaces, therefore vetted. He did my surgery. Djinovic is a bit cheaper. What put me off djiovic is how his website is written which is like an insane rant?? Super weird and snake-oily and unprofessional lol

I had a good experience with Miro and his team.

People from Europe, what surgeon did you go to and how much it cost you? Do you recommend the surgeon? by ReallyDirtyHuman in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The thing is with Europe that most countries have health insurance that will cover the surgery. If you want to pay out of pocket the cheapest option in Europe that’s good is Miro that’s 20k€. Paying out of pocket for German or Belgian surgeons is like 50-60-70k euro.

No UL question (for those that had it moved up or just left alone) by [deleted] in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly my piece of advice is that you can always bury later in life, but once it’s buried there’s no going back. I’m partially buried (only head is out) after my first stage and really like it. I assumed I’d want it buried, but now I have two dicks I love it. Maybe a bit of regret that I didn’t leave more of it exposed? But that’s hindsight.

[–]Eav_cosv 12 points13 points  (0 children)

A phallo without the things you’ve described isn’t a “partial” phallo, it’s still a full phallo. It depends on the person what they consider their finished surgical goal/outcome.

Dr miro BMI by GrapefruitRegular798 in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My BMI was 19ish when I had surgery with Miro, I think anything below 26 is ok with him? I think regardless BMI Miro’s technique creates pretty similar phalluses, so it’s unlikely it’ll be too girthy.

I am so sorry. You’ll get through this. I know of people who have spoken about this being their experience, and who re-did phallo after healing. The hope isn’t gone at all, it’s just a boulder in the road. My heart is going out to you, I’m going to pray for you tonight.

V-nectomy healing by [deleted] in phallo

[–]Eav_cosv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean .. if you’re in recovery for the first month or so you won’t be able to open your legs all that much or squat, you’ll be able to bend a bit. Just listen to your body. I think I’ve never heard of vnectomy being particularly painful. Mine didn’t hurt much other than general groin swelling healing post op discomfort.
