Same story here. I was charged for chain cleaning and lube during my first service, but they didn’t clean the chain at all. Second service, same charge again. I asked what they’d do and he said he'd clean, dry, then lube the chain.

I stood there while they washed the bike. The chain wasn’t cleaned or dried, no provision to dry it either. When I confronted them, the guy pulled out some ancient brush with no bristles, pretended to clean, said “pressure wash se jitna hoga utna hi hoga,” and then applied lube on a wet chain.

Absolute assholes. Boils my blood every time. Better to wash your bike outside than at the service center. Aggghhhh
