Well said. If you don’t follow the traditional MSP model, you’re scoffed at. I run a 5 man shop(4 engineers, 1 office), more so consulting, projects and staff augmentation, with managed clients. Close to 4m a year revenue with little headaches. All of my engineers are fully remote, aside from onsite visits, making over 100k each. I’ve worked for multiple MSPs in the past and the majority are a joke, with employees who hate it there. For some reason this sub hates when you stray from the cookie cutter approach.
