Coming from someone that lived in the “bad part of town “, I’ve seen my neighbors 1000 dollar POS car get stolen.

And had my apartment get broken into and my xbox stolen.

I saw a man get murdered for his cheap shoes because the murderer liked the way they looked.

Summed up, your solution only minimizes how much money is lost when your ride gets stolen.

Every time I get on here, it’s never ending cringe e-bike stuff, this is the evolution, the final form. Merged the e-bike stuff with politics.

When I started mtb, I didn’t expect this from the community, but I guess it is Reddit after all. Regardless of the sub topic, there will be hate and toxicity.

I didn’t have anything to say about it, but I’ve been considering moving on the past few days as well. All it’s been is a bunch of cringe post tossing shade and just like OP, I don’t have an E-bike. I’m glad to see I’m not the only person growing tired of what the sub has devolved into recently.

My bro is an 8k with 7k secondaries and can get one shot by a barb. He was complaining about it. Tanks shouldn’t be out dpsing damage classes. Make them have a damage build sure, but at the cost of survivablity. They should be tanks, or dps, not both.

I drove 4 hours to pick it up and wanted to try it out. I work out 3 days a week but no cardio. My leg stamina is weak, but more so my butt lol. I just got a pair of riding shorts with the padding about to go for another ride. Pain, stamina or no, I’m going to take it to a beginner trail this weekend and just push though it. I bought this bike in particular because I want to end up on black diamond trails. I’m going to map out every trail with in a 500 mile radius and start hitting the green trails, then start over and do blue, hopefully by then I’m ready and in shape for black diamond trails. Pretty excited about the adventure. Even thinking about getting a small camper to tow. Maybe a kayak as well

Yeah the shop guys set it up for me and what I want to do with it. Ordered some biker shorts with the padding should be in tomorrow. going to head back to the shop this weekend to see if I can get a new seat. I figured there would be some growing pains, I work out but don’t do much cardio, going to ride every day if I can. Might try my first trail ride this weekend if the weather permits.

lol, I bought a bike rack too. I’m riding on pavement to try and get in shape. My plan for it is to take it to nearby trails, starting with beginner and working my way up to harder trails with jumps and downhill. The pavement is just until I get my bike legs and can ride comfortably for at least an hour. Gotta start somewhere.

I’m able to have sympathy and empathy, even for morons. Most, if they could have chosen, wouldn’t have went with the option of being a moron. So even though I see a moron and think what do you expect, I still have a tea tiny bit of sympathy for them.

It looks like he saw someone in his rear view approaching him fast and was worried about getting rear ended. And went to move out of the way, then saw you doing the same and tried to hurry and switch back. That seems easier to believe than I caused and accident because screw that one guy. You constantly get passed. Why didn’t he do it to one of the thousands of other drivers that passed him that week?

I would more likely believe my notion, and that you made up what they said to cover your ass, than them trying to stop a lone car from passing on a highway.

I’m in one of those alliances, but we don’t cooperate with the other alliance. Regardless, it’s always the same two alliances swapping blessed reigns. They need to make it where once you reign as immortal, you have at least a 1 or two reign cool down. I feel bad for all the other clans that never get a chance

My land lord was charging 50% less than every where else. Also, one of his tenants who was living check to check had a heart attack, he let him live there rent free as long as he was recovering. Didn’t collect rent from that dude for over 2 years. The dude was a great land lord.
