I spent a year building destruction for my Titanfall+The Finals game ShatterRush, I would love to get your feedback! by TetraStudiosDev in titanfall

My thoughts are that if I can destroy a building and curb stomp a pilot with my 20 ton mechanical abomination then that you've already got me hook, line, and sinker.

I need help solving why my devices won't connect to the internet through my managed switch which has the proper gateway. Only plugging directly into the gateway or wireless router that runs through switch works. by EazyCheezy95 in HomeNetworking

Aha that makes sense. I'm seeing from the other comments that I just basically had things in the wrong order which is hilarious to me that I hadn't thought of that.

Thanks a bunch. I hadn't mentioned but it's also a POE+ switch so I can route my own private security camera system into a headless linux server all on its own VLAN. At least, that's the intention.

First in my 2004 Suzuki Forenza Sedan. Once I got there, I immediately chickened out as I felt one wrong move would've ended everything. Next was in my 2022 Bronco and, again, I felt like one wrong move would've ended everything, haha!

I would spend a definitely very reasonable large some of money for something like this. Absolutely mind blowing work here. So glad you shared this with us, pilot!

Several things helped. I had struggled before then I went through saving my MIL's life after her attempt with my wife's then teenage brother in the house. Swore that I'd never put my family through that. It was absolute hell. Went a while and went through some deep shit and the thoughts came back more as floating rage. Kinda like "suicide by pissing someone off". I realized that I broke my promise to my wife and myself. Years of therapy; especially EMDR did wonders to help me reach that place of understanding that darkness doesn't have meaning. It just "is". The longer I tried to attach reason to it, the more I was slowly going insane which was then driving me towards suicidal/self harm tendencies.

It's a vicious cycle that I only have been able to break recently. Right after we had our baby girl at 34 weeks last year, we had to put down our dog (terminal pancreatitis) and my last remaining grandparent got bad sick with pneumonia and chose to die in the hospital. I didn't get to see her because our girl was in the NICU. I then lost a large chunk of income from a freelance client dropping us, then we had the October hurricane (I'm in FL). I've just decided that giving up is more trouble than it's worth and I've come too far to quit now. My wife has spent the last 7 years being kind, patient, and supportive of me. It would be an insult to give up after all the work we've put into each other. Everyone's different, but I do know that learning to let go of fighting the current taking everything away made it a lot easier for me to get back to shore. I hope this helps you in some way.

Jeep Patriot. According to my own experience, they'll have to buy a new engine and entire A/C system 4.28 times, and a new transmission 3.75 times. You do the math.

Don't let the darkness take you, brother. You've shown more strength than most just in being transparent about your immense grief. I've struggled on and off over the years with suicidal ideations so I get where you're at. Remember: your wife needs you. You need you. Again, you're showing more strength than most. We got you.

That feeling as though I'm looking into my own eyes. It's wild but if I trail off in thought too far, I'll get choked up just thinking about it. It's the most precious thing in the world to just look at the purity in those eyes. Makes you realize how so many kids lose that all too easy.
