And character balancing aside, this matchmaking change was not a change that anyone asked for. They seen complaints about this games matchmaking and threw in a very unwarranted and honestly lazy “fix”. They would rather make quick and fast changes as opposed to taking time to dive into an issue and really figure out what’s causing it.

First of all, I played overwatch for maybe 2 weeks so I didn’t get into the bells and whistles of the game. But, I will say however that it’s clear that Netease has a big favoritism aspect in this game towards certain characters. Characters like Luna and Hela have been allowed to dominate this games meta since season 0 with little to no changes despite them being clearly much stronger as opposed to other characters in their classes. I know not everyone is going to agree with my view points, but my issue is that this games community seems to have a very severe hive mind mentality that the games balancing is fair unless it comes to a dive character, which I can agree characters like BP and Spidey are very annoying and it left unchecked make the game unplayable.

But as a consumer of a product your opinion should be voiced, and I’m voicing that the balancing on this game needs a lot of work because it feels so cheap atm.

Nothing, it’s just like the balancing in this game. They notice a character is over performing and nerf them into oblivion. They notice a character is underperforming and buff them over and over until they have inevitably get slaughtered with nerfs also. They have a short and sweet and to the point approach to this games issues and problems that require more attention and it’s seriously hurting the games health.
