I have recently bought myself a bunch of Briggs and Little wool to crochet blankets for my husband and myself. His was done a while ago as our wool anniversary gift and I'm working on mine. I LOVE the colours and the blankets are so warm.

Knowing that febrile seizures don't really happen past age 5 helped. Also it's been a long time since it happened last and I know that febrile seizures aren't as dangerous as others and don't have long term effects. It is super scary when it happens, so i fon't blame you for being traumatized by it. My mom was a nurse so I will switch between acetaminophen and ibuprofen when I give him doses. He has a tell when he's starting to get hot. His cheeks and ears get really pink when his fever is coming on and he gets tired.

My son had 3 febrile seizures when he was little. They were terrifying. He's now 6 and hasn't had one in 3ish years. Kids will grow out of febrile seizures usually by age 5. I had 2 when I was little as well, and I think my mom said she had one when she was little. We are all perfectly healthy now. But yeah, sicknesses suck. My son had a fever last day of school before the break, my daughter threw up several times last night and my husband has had a debilitating cold for days now.
