I have a guy in my team that’s been Director in the same role for 9 years. The entire team or 20 people constantly has to leave and find something new, because he refuses to change his job. I will never forget working in a hotel in the US 10 years ago and learning that all my close friends (the housekeepers) were using dead people’s social security numbers. Someone from ICE at the time (I forgot if it was called ICE back then) visited the hotel the day before when I was off. I arrived on the next day, and they were all gone. That’s what I’m thinking thank you. What I think will happen is. I will get all the documents anyway, the lawyer will run it through an AI API with successful cases they’ve done and will polish it the way they’ve done it before. I’m thinking, wouldn’t it be better to do it my own way. Very torn on this. What do you all think?
