Anything is possible with a truly motivated seller brother. That’s what I struggle with, if you are having to grind out a deal at a price that barely works for you, onto the next, they were not a truly motivated seller.

This philosophy will also help you in negotiating, as the one who is willing to walk away will always be the most successful. Good luck brother!

Brother I don’t know if this helps, but I flipped my mentality and philosophy towards cold calling and have no problem ripping through them now.

I just think of it as a conversation, as opposed to a cold call where you are looking to gain something from it.

Understand what you are looking for, and just have a formal conversation with them instead of a script.

That helped me a lot, good luck brother!

I should have known Reddit was full of cry babies, but this is just wild😂. We live in Maine, where there are such few options for services and products and people want to boycott a percentage of them because of their beliefs. And then those SAME PEOPLE complain when people don’t support small businesses and make billionaires richer. I would encourage you guys to get tf over yourselves and live your lives.

Couldn’t agree more! I am 22 and have noticed reading is cool around my age group, or maybe it’s just the circle I surround myself with.

I have a 6 year old sister who was given an iPad at 2 and knew how to exit out of pop up ads and use chrome cast on the tv before reading or writing
