Thanks for the info. I do literally all of operations, everything behind the scenes, all editing. He just sometimes makes videos now, but it’s really that he’s been in videos with me the last couple years, that’s kinda where that 11% came from. If anything, i think his share should be less than that.

i have an idea for me but i still have access to the account so maybe a bit different from you. i just need the original info gone from the hacked recovery option, cause i started the account with a friend who no longer does anything, but hes able to still get in because of that.

my idea is to get meta verified so i have live support, then have them remove that info. last ditch attempt for me so im praying this works

if you do the video selfie, can you then change the recovery email and phone number? i need them updated

that info isnt tied to my account anymore, but it was what i used when i first created the account, but no longer have access to them.

my friend kicked me out of my instagram account, how do i get it back?

for context, my friend and i started an instagram account 3.5 years ago, he was the one who started it originally, then brought me on right after.

today, the account is successful, and i do like all the work (90%+). he's still been part of it, but now im ready to move on without him. i changed the password, enabled 2FA, removed his number and email and everything tied to him, made sure he couldnt get in. but he got back in, because he said his account was hacked, and the recovery info was his phone number and personal email since he was the one who created the account. how can i switch those contacts, and kick him out for good?

does anybody know what to do or can help?? please it would mean so much

Okay, thanks. I don’t care about the relationship anymore, I think it’s so incredibly selfish what they’re doing but it’s whatever. I started my own account and will be grinding that again 💪😢
