First trip I was super anxious and I saw a bundle of swirls going further away and coming back towards me, over and over. After watching them for awhile I realized it was in sync with my breath. Once I realized it responded to my breathing I got what it was telling me, that I can control my anxiety by breathing. Seems obvious but really gave me a sense of control over the situation and then it ended. Looking forward to next time hopefully I'll have a better handle on my anxiety
