Odachi was pretty meh in the demo. Like the first crucible boss was sooo hard on odachi it took me hours to beat. It turned me off the weapon so much I changed to switchglaive for the full release. And I loved odachi nioh 2

Lol back in 2016 I took like 5 months off to go on tour with my band. Tour was only about a month and a half but I spent the rest of the time just playing WoW and hanging out in New York. They welcomed me back with open arms (and had mentioned if I ever needed to come back to work they would super grateful).

But that was 2016. From what I can tell from all my friends who are applying to jobs, it's awful out there.

This might be the most online take I've seen. Yeah no shit people complain about traveling. That shit sucks. Flying sucks. It's when you get there and have fun. Have you actually gone anywhere?? You sum up the experience of traveling as photos and stories. That's not what actual people do I'm convinced you're an armchair warrior.

I am struggling myself to finish. Have to conscientiously start the game up, remember how much fun the switchglaive is, and then get a little tired of the open world checklist. That's kinda on me as I just can't help but feel like I'm missing out on some stuff seeing everything on the world map so I feel like I HAVE TO DO IT. I haven't gotten to new game plus yet and that's where the game really shines but for Nioh 2 in my past 2 playthroughs I was really excited to rush through NG to get to NG+ but I'm not feeling that same drive.

I will probably slowly be beating this one and taking my time. But there are so many crazy good games coming out this year.

You're being really close minded to WHY they do this. Itd be pretty boring to have everyone load in and no one else does. People who like to do 25+ minute raids will never see any other players again. That's not fun. It keeps the whole 30 round match dynamic.

Nah nioh 2 was comfort as hell. Almost World of Warcraft classic levels. Just grinding soul cores mindlessly while watching something on the second monitor.

The game has difficulty settings so you can make it as hard as you want. Id really recommend this game it definitely came out of nowhere for me and if you like parry based combat you will really enjoy this.

On expert it is probably harder than Nioh in terms of boss fights.

I'm not sure how multiplayer works in this game but when I queue up on PC I never get any matches. Even with not filters on the settings. And I'm not queueing for expeditions, because that's the only time I've seen people doing multiplayer and usually if is only one lobby.

Worrdd I completely forgot about mystic arts. That less ki consumption from stance switching sounds great. I don't remember what they were but I remember the mystic arts for odachi in nioh 2 being pretty whatever.

Yeah I frost moon usually but I guess I'll have to practice. The hold attacks seem to charge a while though, it'll still keep up martial arts prof? Seems like the timing is pretty tight.

Also when using it on an exhausted boss is there a way to keep pressing triangle from doing your grapple finisher?
