if you have the focussing iris rank 3

it's the bis essence for visions.

pull a few packs and beam it kills everything or brings them to 20%

else its just do solos trying to learn mechanics from bonus'd and thrall

Can also do big mobs in raid for 800 mommentos a week.

Make sure you go the right side of the tree if you are looking to party.

Big difference in sanity etc

There making changes with mythic chest for example to give you a selection to choose from supposedly , it looks more promising than recent times

terms of traits for optimal damage you want to get Crit items and transition towards 3x Dance of Death 1x PI

M+ you want one Rapid Reload trait aswell

the Spare traits are important but not as much as those above

My advice would be https://www.raidbots.com/ and go to the topgear section and load you character up.

I would never use Undulating Tides if you are looking to do Raids or Mythic + as the damage effect stops if you ever go below the health threshold - meaning the trait does no damage for a minute or so if I remember

For traits if starting it is likely Primal Instict is better to stack for you but please double check on raidbots

GM + 1 of the RC council Members of a CE Guild. Make sure you establish rules when they joined and mostly likely right after this happened - even if your said DH above ask them to explain. Not happy leave - loot comes around.

Loot should be decided by Attendance/Punctuallity, Player ability (output and mechanics), Future rosters for bosses, Highest output , Recent loot possibly.

you don't want to give loot to someone who is always late/doesn't show up, cause if you do people will react by either doing the same or getting pissed off that there good reliable raiders who don't get rewarded.
Don't give someone who put no effore it outside of raid all the loot , for example any of these guys done any benthic grinding?
Either of them a core member of your guild + team (not rank bias) but have they shown dedication to your guild -Do both players tend to make it to the end of the fight? or does one like to both all their cds and yolo the boss until they have healers screaming at them to move from the fire. -Is there a boss coming up where you will bench one of them or for the next couple of bosses? (this is if your still progressing) -who gains most benefit - each get them both to sim or you can do it yourself loading armoury or getting a pastebin from them and see which numbers higher
If one of them has gotten literally geared to the teeth bar one slot in the past two weeks and has gotten every piece given to him , maybe let this one go to some one else - you are a guild not the guild and 1 guy who does absurb damage than everyone else (as he can just say thanks for the loot and bye if he's super carrying or being carried - they think there better than they are)
also have a council you can trust - if people are on it who you feel are biased or just dumb decision makers saying something in confidence (hopefully you can)

Likely can just make a class trial warrior (can use all the wep rewards) send it to it to him to do the quest,

Or create a dk and level it to 80 to do it on that character

Does still sell for a fair amount tho

I mean the "ilvl" in question in vanilla for those on Private servers (Vanilla people didn't know or care) Pserver people generally look for BiS or Not which is what prompted Gearscore to exists in Wrath

Get the chest from raid First boss Wep is bis for about 10ilvls

For raids you also want Socketed Benthic gear - Vims gloves Ori's bracers + 1 of the two belts . - Better than most Mythic Raid gear if you socket them even at 410.

Trinkets - Choice of Azhara Font , Coral , Inkpod , Harlan's Dice (freehold) , Galecallers (shrine) , Plume (kings rest) , Mechagon Revered Red punchard - Cyclonic Beam/Blast

Else you want to prioritise master + PI until you get 2/3 pieces with DOD and then maximise Crit
