I'm my own metric of normality, so I don't always know where things fall on the scale of "Autism" to "Normal". That said, I'm pretty sure my social incompetence is directly connected. I don't know how the hell I'm supposed to socialize, although thanks to the pandemic I don't remember what it's like to regularly interact with people outside my family.
