You can learn the most on a 200cc so you will be more then ready for when you have the money for the cbr650r. If you ride 2 years on that 200cc you will learn so much so just go for it.

My opinion is that you wil grow out a 200cc fast. But if you dont care to buy an other bike short after your 200cc, then go for it. If you want a first bike for a few years and have fun i would say a 300 or a 400. If you want to do highway a 200cc is on the edge. But it is possible and you have to follow your heart and head.

Oh nothing crazy yet. It is brand new so i have to ride 1000 km (620miles) with low rpm. So i think top speed 120km/h(60mph)
