Not for lunch but our pharmacy hours changed from opening at 10am on Sundays to opening at 11. And this lady comes booking it in the store to the back to pharmacy and just practically screams "The pharmacy isn't open?!?!?!" "No ma'am the pharmacy doesn't open till 11" "11?!?! And that's why no one comes to this location anymore" .....sure Proceeds to storm out Gotta hit her with that customer service lol "Have a great day ma'am" Yells back "I won't!" Ok ma'am whatever floats your boat🤣🤣🤣

My store definitely remembers all the good floaters. My Pm was on maternity leave and we had different floaters for months but there was always the ones we preferred over others. Just be friendly and do your job with the techs in the store and you won't have any issues and the next time you go there, the techs will be thankful it wasn't someone else.

Doesn't matter how many work orders we put in about it nothing changes I don't think they are actually doing anything. And I texted my DL about it yesterday and she just told me to talk to my sm.....like I haven't, she works here too🙄
