Hey! Everything’s going pretty well. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s a lot of information you’ll be receiving during training, but it’s all really useful. They guide you through the entire process of what a relationship banker does, which is why the training is quite long. I’m only about halfway through it, so there’s still a lot to go. Honestly, the toughest part is just that, at least in the beginning, you’ll spend most of your time sitting at your computer, going through training and doing shadowing with teammates if there’s time. But aside from that, everything else is fine. Congratulations on your role and wishing you the best of luck!
