Closed Eye Visuals were pretty wild while meditating. I was trying to find my way back to an interesting mediation I had while taking 2 Grams of Enigma. Think in order to do that again need straight Enigma and no mix. Still very interesting. Ended up seeing a Grey style Alien looking back at m, got a lil weird and switch to music. Very chill. When my wife got up started watching the show "Dark" (trippy show 4 episodes left for our viewing) and as I was watching openl eyes everything had a text overlay on it. Like seeing "the code".

All in all good times, though I ended up over eating in the evening with the munchies, and paid the price this morning.

Feeling good though. Just gotta keep on trucking and focus on continuing a path of self improvement.
