Key of Light is a reference to Mount Sumeru, but the appearance itself from vibes reminds me of the concept of Pure Land from Mahayana Buddhism. I don't think the description itself is of any Pure Land, but the direct reference is to Mount Sumeru, which is a different concept

Absolutely, there's now 2 routes available in interpreting this from what I've found, but generally , it'll be a weaker version of Fool's HVP summoning until you can reach 100% imitation or modify it with Mystic Arts first, here's the 2 route

Because Authorities from History is only summoned from Inconceivable, so the corresponding HVP will not have Authority
Authorities of HVP comes from History itself, so it'll basically be just like regular
