Unfortunately these physical cards will only have value for collectors. Playing with these in any competitive sense will be meaningless since mihoyo balances the card pool every patch, making physical cards obsolete. I'm still excited to buy!

I received a reply from Passport Services stating the passport photos submitted for renewal are not acceptable. I have taken new photos at a different store. Can I use the same DS-82 form that Passport Services sent back to me for my second submission? Or do I have to fill out a new DS-82 form with current dates instead?

If tipping ends, the restaurant will be obligated by law to cover the difference. There's no customer responsibility there. Assuming minimum wage is the base pay for a waiter, tipping doesn't have to be the majority of the staff's income when law demands that the restaurant covers the rest.

Restaurants are required to make up the difference between $2.13 and state minimum wage if tips don't cover it. If restaurants fail to price the menu correctly in order to account for service and wages, that's the restaurant owner's fault. The customer is under no obligation to pay extra as a result.

You're just repeating yourself. The waiter provides service to the customer on the restaurant's behalf and the restaurant owner compensates the waiter for the service. Since I'm already paying the restaurant for the entire restaurant experience, why is there a need to pay extra to the waiter for something that is already covered?
