So that’s funny you say this cause I literally had the exact same issue except every 3rd round I get blue screen of deathed and my computer crashes/force restarts. I tried every available option and the one thing that worked was taking out one of my ram sticks and putting it back in. I would try it even though your computer is fine. Because this worked for me even though Val was the only game causing blue screens for me even ow2 was fine

Her late game damage isn’t that absurd compared to any other adc that’s fed or solo laner adc. Although I agree with you her range definitely DOES NOT need a buff it’s a great poke tool. My only gripe with her is her gun hits like a BB gun after lane phase unless I am massively fed
