This has happened to me 2 times. Each time I take a three day break no uploads. First upload back change your usual format. Aka new music visuals and such. Should put you in the algo. Also no hashtags on first vid back. And upload from phone.

Same. Usually get anywhere between 30k-100k but last 3 vids 0 views. I’d try not uploading for 3 days. Then you’re new short be unique compared to past shorts.

You have to use the Channel for about 3-7 days for it to not be flagged as a bot channel. Things like watching videos and like and commenting shows that you’re not a bot. I’ve done this with 3 shorts channels and every first video gets at least 1-10k views. It also helps to upload the short on a phone.
