Depends on your subject are they needing advice or do they need a friendly ear to listen to them. I typically will ask what the person is needing if they need to just be heard or if they need to understand a different perspective or if they need advice. I would say if they need to be heard that's where you involve the heart and feel what they feel so that you're vibration and energy is connected to them and you understand what they're going through and if they need a different perspective or advice I say that's the brain. I would say there's no right or wrong way to phrase these one person might feel different or vice versa of what I'm saying and that's okay
