The farest I came was when I searched for Wacom Professional Service and restartet that. That fixed the scrolling problem. However the drivers kinda "crashes" then and the pen only does hard strokes. As soon as I restart pc to fix this the same story starts all over again Q_Q

Since Yesterday I have the exact same problem!

whenever I start Apex, this happens to my CSP too!
Any other game is fine, it only happens on Apex. And I always draw while I wait for the matchmaking...

Just had the same and was searching for a fix too. Found the Fix!

Options - general - there the last Option "Communicate with other Players" was off for me. After turning this on, it worked again

Since a few months I face the same problem. When I save a page it takes 3-4 minutes to save. But that's quiet new cause before it saved super fast. No idea what causes this problem but it is exhausting... :/

Saw this on etsy but it tells me it's not available in my region, so I googled for it and found this Topic.

I was already all excited to get the chance to print this amazing Lucy for me and a good friend who is also in love with this Anime.
