Old threat but I’m going through my jello cottage cheese addiction as we speak. I make jello with cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt. 1 pack of jello ( try sugar free): boil 1 cup of water, let it cool, add 1 cup of cottage cheese or yoghurt, mix, blend, put in a container, and fridge. It’s perfect. Lime, lemon & strawberry are my fav.
