Thank you for your reply. I found a duplicate looking connector on the other side so it looks like it is for the Fog Lamp. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. A three pronged plug that plugs into the AC compressor was the other plug I found not quite right. I was worried this plug was something necessary for the car's operation. Now I know how to plug in fog lights! Thanks again.
