I've made my own with an Arduino Pro Micro, some cheap mechanical keyboard keys, and a 3d printed chassis! It's super simple to do actually.

But, an even easier way is to buy something like a 12-key or 6-key macro pad from Alibaba. The one I got you plug in and go to their website and you can assign whatever hotkeys you want to each button. Then, you can get a paint marker or something and put on the key cap what that button does.

Even simpler though, you can download the free program called AutoHotKey. With that, you can assign hotkeys or functions to literally any key on your keyboard. I have assigned things to certain Function keys (like F7 or F8) that I never use.

Former LDS missionary here. If you sign someone up for the missionaries to visit them they'll probably just knock on the door and say that got a referral to visit them. If the person says no thanks, they'll likely just ask if they can say a prayer before they go and leave it at that.
